The 6th annual General Assembly of INRALS the international network in Life Sciences took place last October 22nd and 23rd, 2020.
Each year, members of INRALS meet to exchange on several topics: business review, global trends in life sciences, new agencies, finance, successful collaborations within the network.
The two new brazilian recruits, Captativa and Life recruiting, were able to introduce themselves and meet the other members of the international network.
Even in this pandemic situation, inrals was able to organize and maintain two appointments (on zoom) on october 22nd and 23rd. Moreover, a next date has already been set for the year 2021, planned in lucerne, switzerland.
Diversity and unity : are the key points of inrals future. inrals members had an in-depth and fruitful discussion about the strength of the diversity among our local members and the benefits of showing our common characteristics to the global market of life sciences recruitment.
The success of inrals lies in finding the right balance between these market demands and the union of our global and regional strengths in order to offer the best possible recruitment services to our clients. Members agreed to maintain this approach with a view to expand geographically and offer new service opportunities in the future.
