Management and implementation of the recruitment process

  • Definition and crop needs with policy makers and operational
  • Selection of the means of sourcing candidates
  • Identification, assessment, candidate selection and monitoring of their integration
  • Support decision makers in assessing and choosing a finalist
  • Consideration of internal mobility for employees of the company
  • Relationship management with partners (temp agencies, schools, other providers)
  • Closely with the various departments of the company
  • Regular reporting on the activity and monitoring of recruitment
  • Respect for confidentiality, the code of ethics and reputation of the company

Pending to a management tool available

CDG Conseil may make available to the client or help to install application management tool if it is not already equipped.
