We provide an expert CDG Conseil employee on site at the client’s premises or off site, on a full-time or part-time basis for a fixed period.

During sourcing and prequalification, we begin by working with the client to define the priority criteria for the desired profile.

We prequalify candidates during a 20- to 30-minute telephone interview.

Finally, we submit 3 to 8 resumes per position, accompanied by an interview summary that includes the priority criteria.
