We apply a well-established methodology with a rigorous and comprehensive process based on:
- the job brief,
- appropriate sourcing methods, including direct approaches to candidates and/or multi-channel sourcing,
- candidate assessment using our own methodology combined with innovative behavioral skills tests,
- reference checks,
- submission of an application file,
- and finally, monitoring the integration of the recruited candidate.

Our sector expertise
Our consultants are both recruitment experts and specialists in their field (pharmaceutical and biotechnology, medical equipment, medical-social and healthcare, cosmetics, dermo-cosmetics, perfumery, and hygiene products) in order to best understand your environment and your issues.
