With a Master’s degree in Commerce from ISEG Lyon and a European Higher Diploma in Marketing from ESICOM Lyon, Sébastien has over 17 years of experience within two major Human Resources groups, first in Agency Management positions in the industrial sector and in the engineering sector, then as National Manager of the Design Offices and Engineering specialization.
With this experience, he then created and developed a national network of 10 agencies specializing in the Pharmaceutical industry and Cosmetics & dermo-cosmetics sector. It was at this time that he developed his expertise and his relations with industrialists in the health sector. He finally held the position of Regional Manager within the industry network over a scope of 12 agencies and more than 45 employees.
These different experiences within these 2 large companies allowed him to understand the global HR issues and the requirements of the industrial sector and in particular that of Health & Life Science.
In 2013, Sébastien joined CDG Conseil as Associate Director of CDG Conseil Lyon to open the firm’s 2nd office.
