A graduate with a Master’s degree in Work, Organisational and Personnel Psychology from Paris Cité University, Margaux COQUET specialises in human and organisational issues related to recruitment, change management and talent development.
Before joining CDG Conseil, she worked in consultancy firms where she participated in HR transformation and recruitment projects for executive and expert profiles. These experiences enabled her to develop a holistic approach to recruitment, one that is both analytical and human-centred.
At CDG Conseil, Margaux leverages her deep understanding of organisational dynamics and her sensitivity to the candidate experience to identify, attract and support talent in France and internationally in the healthcare sector. Inquisitive and committed, she is dedicated to co-building lasting relationships between candidates and partner companies.
