After studying Psychology, Kevin did a placement in emergency psychiatry. Although this field was important in his life, he decided to study International Business and Marketing. Kevin began his career in an independent recruitment agency as a recruiter and then business developer, specialising in Sales & Marketing for expert profiles in the industrial sectors.
After 3 years in an SME, he joined the international firm Mercuri Urval where he focused on the search and assessment of executive profiles in Europe. He accepted a final position at Hudson to take charge of a team of consultants and recruiters dedicated to the recruitment and assessment of executive and managerial profiles.
Then came the time to set up his own company with his international partners, Jan Derks and Cédric de Groulard, as co-founder/partner and Managing Director of Key4Nova in the Benelux region.
Focused on and committed to Executive Search and HR services in the Life Sciences, Consumer & Industrial fields. In this new world where the war for talent continues to impact the development of companies, Key4Nova unlocks the preconceptions, in terms of skills and attitude, by synergizing the different sectors we work with.
