Jean-Philippe has over 20 years of experience in recruitment, HR consulting and business development. He has worked in a variety of environments, from SMEs to international groups, and has recognised expertise in management, customer relations and team building.
He began his career at a large international recruitment firm, where, after gaining experience in accounting and finance, he successfully developed the healthcare division.
He then joined a smaller firm specialising in IT and commerce. He initially served as sales director, then as general secretary, contributing to the transformation of tools and the optimisation of internal processes.
At the same time, he founded an independent consulting firm, working in HR organisation, event management and administrative support.
Jean-Philippe supports his clients in a wide variety of positions in finance, commerce, pharmaceuticals and IT. He is a graduate of a school specialising in communication and spent a year studying in Canada.
