Holder of a Master 2 in human resources from IGS Lyon, and certified Coach with the International Coach Center, accredited Assessfirst, Florence joined our team in November 2021 as a Recruitment Consultant and also Coach.
She has a background focused on human resources, having supported managers and directors of a healthcare establishment for 15 years on all their HR development issues: recruitment, training, people review, assessment of potential, professional reorientation, team restructuring.
An expert in recruitment of executives in health care establishments and profiles in support functions, she is experienced in conducting individual and group interviews and in assessing skills. Florence has developed employee loyalty tools in high-demand professions and has initiated RPS (PsychoSocial Risks) initiatives in sensitive sectors.
Convinced that each person must be an actor in their professional career, she supports the coached managers in their posture and their daily problems through active listening, a seasoned methodology and a certain understanding of current HR issues.
Authentic in her relationships, pragmatic in her approach, she moves everyone forward through realistic and co-constructed objectives with a touch of inventiveness.
