Estelle has a passion for innovation in the healthcare field, and she finds her greatest satisfaction operating at the interface between life sciences and the recruitment sector.
Before joining CDG Conseil in 2023, Estelle gained valuable experience as a Product Manager in a particularly innovative French biotechnology company, within the German subsidiary. One of her major responsibilities was to support the development and implementation of the launch of a revolutionary product, a drug intended to treat multiple sclerosis, on the German market.
It was in 2018 that Estelle settled in France and began a new phase of her career as a Project Manager in a Pharmaceutical Communication Agency. The following year, in 2019, she launched into the world of recruitment by joining Kelly Scientific as a Life Sciences consultant and business developer. Throughout her career, she was able to develop her commercial skills in France, by establishing solid relationships with clients in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sector, mainly partners of small and medium-sized enterprises.
In 2021, Estelle joined Korn Ferry’s Project Recruitment team, where she held the role of Senior Recruiter within the EMEA Project team for biopharmaceutical companies. Her expertise and in-depth knowledge of the life sciences sector were used to identify the best talents for the company.
She studied biology and biotechnology, obtaining a master’s degree in Engineering for Health and Medicine at the University of Grenoble. In addition to this scientific background, she also earned a Dual MBA, combining her knowledge in marketing and biotechnology, which has prepared her well to successfully navigate the complex world of healthcare innovation and recruitment.
