A graduate of a business school with a major in financial management, Cédric was vice-president of a student media organisation and created the first student forum in the south of France. After spending a year in Scotland, he began his career as a financial controller, firstly for the sales subsidiary of a food group and then on an industrial site producing metal packaging. Very quickly, his interest in human relations by being at the heart of the company’s decisions and contacts overtook his interest in figures.
He then spent 7 years working for a leading international recruitment consultancy, developing new offices and a new division.
Before setting up his own consultancy, Cédric joined the Human Resources department of an American pharmaceutical company and developed a strong interest in life sciences and innovation.
His entrepreneurial spirit led him to set up CDG Conseil in 2006, founded on strong, human values and specialising in recruitment consultancy and candidate assessment in the healthcare sector.
