This long-awaited event was a great opportunity to reconnect, strengthen bonds, and share ideas in a relaxed and inspiring environment.
Marseilles never disappoints. At every corner, a discovery: stunning views, lively neighborhoods, typical flavors, and always, human warmth.
It’s a city that embraces both its heritage and its future, combining authenticity and modernity in a unique and meaningful way—just like our team spirit.
We spent time enjoying each other’s company through festive evenings, cultural walks, and seaside moments, but also paused for more serious conversations through focused workshops and team challenges.
We took the time to reflect, to question ourselves, and to listen deeply to what our clients and candidates expect from us. These insights will help us move forward and continuously raise the bar in terms of the service we deliver.
This seminar also allowed us to recharge, realign, and return home with fresh energy and shared motivation for the months to come.
It followed our winter seminar with our amazing Belgian team (Key4Nova), and we’re now looking forward to what’s next.
