Présentation du poste

In this new and challenging role, you will be reporting to the Monitoring/Ventilation Sales Manager as you are responsible for the accessories & consumables sales plan and market development.

On the long term, you will create as well as provide leadership and strategic directions to a new team within the French subsidiary.



Key responsabilities :




  • Monitoring/ventilation product (accessories & consumables) quotations, order processing and tracking, in collaboration with all sales team in France

  • Daily review and updates to the CRM system providing accurate forecast of upcoming opportunities and expected order intake

  • Prospect and promote services sales plan (accessories & consumables) with installed base customers

  • Expand our consumables and accessories to new Channels / Customers

  • Develop field research to detect new consumables & accessories business opportunities (new business model, pricing, new products, competitors' activity)

  • Periodically reviews and work with the marketing team to improve sales materials

  • Develop trusted relationships with a portfolio of major clients

  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives

  • Planning and managing the full relationship between us and our key accounts across all sales territory in France

  • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations

  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts

  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis

  • Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.

  • Act as the liaison between key customers and internal teams

  • Key measures of success

  • Manages quotations and sales to customers

  • Promote value-added services and products to customers at all stages of the selling cycle

  • Brings in enquiries and follows the proposal process to ensure that the proposal is competitive, accurate and on time

  • Collaborates with other sales representatives on selling strategies, leads for new equipment or opportunities

  • Achieves assigned sales quota in designated strategic accounts

  • Achieves strategic customer objectives defined by company

  • Completes strategic customer account plans that meet company standards

  • Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards

  • Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and forecasts

Profil

What profile are we looking for?




  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, major in medical related disciplines is preferred

  • You will have a background of selling Accessories & Consumables and will be able to evidence the strategy you devised and delivered to target this market

  • Fluent written and spoken French and English

  • Experienced in working with hospital management, public customers, and key clients

  • Self-motivated and good teamwork spirit to organize all internal and external resources to reach the sales target.

  • Understanding and cohesion with the Mindray culture, working well under the matrix management structure of Mindray

  • Ability to work in France without the requirement of company sponsorship

  • Hands on experience with CRM software and account management systems

  • Understanding of sales performance metrics

  • An ability to address customer requests through strong listening skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships

  • Proven negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude

  • Flexible to travel as required
